🔫📷SYNOPSIS📷🔫
DeLuca Duet, Part Two

The Chicago Mob is the same as it has always been—violent, greedy, and excessive. The Outfit families have turned their backs when they were needed the most one too many times, but Dino DeLuca didn’t expect anything different.
His whole life has been lived for the Outfit—for his family.

He has a whole new set of reasons to live and fight now.
Karen Martin makes Dino change all the rules.

He’s finally ready to show everyone just how much waste is truly worth in the mafia, and just how far one will go for freedom from it all.
He’s learned these lessons well.
Too well.
Author’s Note: The DeLuca Duet is a standalone duet with a HEA ending that can be read independently.

“Did you do what I asked?” Dino questioned, his gaze flicking to Mike.
He’d allowed himself to think about Karen, and that was enough to hurt.
Dino didn’t want to hurt.
Not right now.
Mike nodded. “I did. I contacted her through private means that wouldn’t draw attention, explained who I was, and what you asked of her. She wasn’t happy—actually, she told me not to ever contact her again.”
Dino cleared his throat, surprised at Mike’s description of Karen’s response. She was not a rude woman, and she wasn’t the type to be purposefully hateful to someone. But then again, maybe all of this had just been too much for her, and that was her way of acting out against it. He didn’t know, and he really didn’t have any reason to speculate on the whys of it all.
“What else?” Dino asked.
“Nothing, Dino. I did as she asked. I can’t force information on her if she doesn’t want to hear it. That’s called harassment.”
True.
Still …
“She hasn’t come back since that first time,” Dino said.
“Then she did what you wanted.”
Dino wasn’t sure if that was the case or not. Had she done what he requested, or had that one and only visit and his rejection been the final straw that broke her back where he was concerned?
God knew he wouldn’t blame her if it was.
“But I did receive a letter to my office last week,” Mike said, drawing in Dino’s attention again.
“What does that have to do with me?”
Mike popped open his briefcase, pulling out a white envelope and passing it over. “I only opened it because it wasn’t personally signed to go to you, but to my office, and to me. I figured she meant for it to somehow get to you … maybe, say, in a way that the prison wouldn’t get a hold of it first.”
What?
Dino’s confusion must have shown on his face, because Mike only chuckled when he asked, “She?”
“There’s only one ‘she’ you’re trying to keep away, isn’t there?”
Dino didn’t dignify that with a response.
Mike wasn’t looking for one. “Open it. If you want, I can take it with me when I go, but I think you might want to keep it. At least, if it were me, I’d keep it. There’s not much that could be identifiable, should someone stumble upon it.”
He didn’t have any idea what his lawyer was talking about, but the second he opened the envelope and tipped it over in his hand to empty the contents out, he understood perfectly fine.
A small six-by-four, colored photograph of a baby swaddled in blue with a matching wool cap stared up at him from his hands. For a long while, Dino simply stared at the photograph of the baby boy, unsure and wary in his heart.
But in his soul … oh, there he felt warm.
Like he knew just by looking at the face of the child that this was his son.
His baby.
Dino sat there, staring at the photograph and saying nothing as he traced the features of his child with the tip of his index finger. He had so much guilt—so much regret. He’d missed too much already, he’d missed his baby’s first day on earth.
He hadn’t been sure he would even know how to be a father when he first learned about the pregnancy, but shit, he wanted to try.
He should be allowed to at least try for his son.
“Flip it over,” Mike said. “She wrote on the back for you.”
Dino did, finding Karen’s familiar scrawl on the back of the photograph.
JD Martin, it read. But I call him Junior.
The baby’s birthdate, just a week and a half earlier, was written underneath.
And then, under that, was something Dino hadn’t expected.
I’ll see you soon, Karen had written.
Nothing else.
Dino didn’t need more.
It was enough.
This was perfect.

WORTH OF WASTE (DeLuca Duet: Part Two) by Bethany-Kris
• Spectacular Conclusion
This story picks up where Book 1 WASTE OF WORTH left off (in order to know what happened you really need to read Book 1 first), with Dino DeLuca being sent to prison for his illegal dealings with the Chicago family mafia/mob business. He does his time and after being released he tries to pick up his life until the FBI/police come after him again; he knows it’s just a matter of time. But he wants to spend as much time as he can with Karen, *she’s a spring shower—fresh, new, and revitalizing(*direct book quote), * she’s the brightness of her life colored up the darkness of his own.(*direct book quote). A spectacular life, the most beautiful soul! Karen doesn’t think she knows who Dino is, but doesn’t she? He’s still always trying to look out for and protect those he cared about. His siblings- brother Theo, sister Lily, and of course Karen. Especially when it came to the ruthlessness of his uncle Ben, whom he knows it’s the one behind him being sent to prison. Just because he needed to be “taught yet another lesson”, his uncle’s way, which was only to round Dino he had all the control and could or really would take away what Ben didn’t think Dino deserved or earned. To find out what happens with Dino and Karen  you’ll have to read WORTH OF WASTE (Deluca Duet Part 2).
What an AWESOME companion duet to the Chicago War Series, Bethany-Kris has done an AMAZING job blending this duet into the story.. Both follow the DeLuca family, however you’re not required to read one to understand or follow the other, but it’s probably better if you read (or listen to audio version like I did) Deathless and Divided (Chicago Wars Book 1) before reading WORTH OF WASTE (DeLuca Duet Part 2), so it doesn’t give the ending away. . I voluntarily reviewed an ARC copy of this book via IndieSage in exchange for an honest blog tour review. Due to sexual content this novel is recommended for readers 18 and older!
Favorite Passages~
~ When Dino DeLuca smiled, Karen had felt like she won a battle that day.
She had done something good.
He made her feel amazing with nothing more than a grin.
~ Dino’s black soul had imprinted itself inside Karen’s heart without even trying.
~ The problem was, love couldn’t always be enough and no matter what people tried to say, it couldn’t be unconditional. Love without barriers meant no one thought about the other side of the equation—they didn’t take into account how their behavior or actions might hurt someone else.
~ The closest I ever came to freedom was you.
~ Dino had been treated as something that was worthless. A piece of waste to throw out with the trash. He certainly learned exactly what his worth was by the end of it all—he learned even waste had worth

🔫📷SYNOPSIS📷🔫
DeLuca Duet, Part One
Ask anyone and they will all say the same thing about just who Dino DeLuca is. A criminal, the son of a traitor, and a mafia Capo who can’t be trusted. His past has shaped his life, creating demons he can’t escape from that live in his mind day and night.

He is all too aware of just how people see him.

Closed off.
Cold.
Different.

He doesn’t care—keeping people out means no one can get close enough to hurt him again, and he already has one too many monsters with their claws stuck in his back that he’s still fighting off. His walls are so high, no one is climbing over them. Or so he thinks …

Karen came into his life like a spring shower, her light shining through the darkness and making him see something other than the hell that surrounded him for so long. She doesn’t know who he is or what he has done to become the man he is today. If he can help it, she’ll never know, and his monsters will never hurt her.
She sees his differences as beauty.
She never asks for more.
She is perfect.
The problem with happiness for Dino DeLuca is that his monsters don’t mind taking away what makes him happy. After all, what isn’t given cannot be kept.
These lessons will be the hardest he has ever learned.

AUTHOR’S NOTE: The DeLuca Duet is a two book tale following the same couple through their journey. It is a standalone Duet that can be read independently with a HEA ending.

Excerpt~
“You know, I can see it when you sort of blink out on me, Dino,” Karen said.
Dino cleared his throat, setting his bottle of beer on the bar. “I’m not sure what you mean.”
“You often go inside your head. It makes me wonder what’s so interesting in there that it’s where you want to be.”
“My head is not an interesting place, believe me.”
A war zone, maybe.
Hell, likely.
Certainly not interesting.
“I don’t believe that for a second,” Karen said quietly. “I went back to your mother’s grave for a couple of weeks after you stopped coming on Sundays—just to say hello to her, and wipe down the stone. I figured if you had done it for so long, maybe it was difficult for you to just up and stop simply because you had to in order to avoid me.”
“I wasn’t—”
“Are we going back to that again?”
Dino let out a laugh at her pointed glare. She was right, and rightly called him out on the lie. But the laugh … that was what surprised him the most. It was genuine, and deep. It almost made his stomach ache, though it didn’t last long and was over before he realized.
Sad thing was, it was not the first time or even the second time that she had made him laugh without even trying.
It was all a little surreal.
Who was this woman?
Why her, he found himself wondering.
“Dino,” Karen whispered, drawing him from his thoughts.
It was something else a little strange about her—he always found he liked being outside of his head when he was with her, rather than inside where he could ignore the world, even if his mind was full of terrible things.
“Yeah?” he asked, watching her more intently than before.
“You’ve been staring at my mouth for the last five minutes.”
Had he?
Well, she had been talking.
It certainly wasn’t because a part of his mind wondered what her lips felt like, and another part of his brain was curious what she tasted like and how she kissed.
Dino had spent so long keeping his emotions shut off from the rest of the world because it was easier to deal with life when he didn’t have the complication of feeling to go along with it that he didn’t quite know how to discern the things he felt now. Making sure he never got involved with people meant he didn’t need to put forth a great deal of effort to understand them or why they did the things they did.
Karen made him want to know all of those things, especially why she made him want it.
It felt like he was playing with fire.
She was right.
He was a little strange.
“Dino,” Karen said, laughing low.
“Just ask, right?”
Karen nodded, her grin deepening. “Right.”
He was caught staring at her mouth again, and how her lips curved upwards at the edges whenever she glanced his way.
Just ask.
“I’d like to kiss you,” he admitted.
“I didn’t hear a question there.”
“It’s self-explanatory.”
“I did say coffee was a possibility,” Karen mused.
“I’m only asking for a kiss.”
“We both know it’s not going to end at a kiss, Dino.”
Even as he leaned forward, closing the distance between them to catch her smiling lips with his own, he knew she was right.
It wasn’t the first time she had been, and he doubted it would be the last.
All those thoughts drifted away, and his mind quieted, as he felt her lips move against his. Soft and steady, slow and sweet.
It still burned him all over.
Suddenly, he was reminded what it felt like to be alive.
All because of a kiss.

Review ~
WASTE OF WORTH (DeLuca Duet: Part One) by Bethany-Kris
Just WOW!!!
I usually don’t start off a review like this, but I absolutely CANNOT WAIT for WORTH THE WASTE (Deluca Duet Part Two) to be released February 2017, for the rest of the story! That being said, WASTE OF WORTH (Deluca Duet Part One) left off at a great breaking point…. I just want the rest of the story and I’m glad it’ll be here soon!! Although I haven’t read The Chicago War Series YET, I didn’t feel as though I was lost while reading this story, in all honesty I didn’t know they interconnected until after I finished reading this one! I WILL go back and read The Chicago Wars to see what I missed… But I’ll wait until after I’ve finished DeLuca Duet Past Two.
Dino has always protected his siblings from their uncle Ben. Their family business is the Chicago Mafia/Mob. Their uncle is ruthless, even killing his own brother and his wife (Dino’s parents). Dino’s soul is a black hole, until one day he meets Karen. Who is a ray of light, while visiting his mothers grave. He blows her off and quits going to the cemetery, to keep her safe. Karen shows up a few months later at a strip club to audition for a job…. Just happens to be Dino’s club. He refuses to hire her there, but gives her a job at one of his restaurants instead. It doesn’t matter that he knows he should stay away from Karen, Dino just cannot do it. She actually makes him smile, and actually makes him feel. To see what happens between Dino and Karen you’re gonna have to read WASTE OF WORTH. It does describe some dark series of the Mafia/Mob, but the story is so much more than that. You’ll keep reading from beginning to end just to see how things turn out, it’s powerful.
Favorite Passage
~ She was light in the darkness that constantly clouded his life, and he had come to rely on her to keep shining around him when everything else seemed so dull.

🎧Excerpt~ 🎧

“Why would you do this to me?” Lily asked.
Betrayal stung the back of her tongue as bile spilled into her throat.
Dino tricked her. He said nothing about marriage or anything of the sort when he told her it was time to go home.
Of course, he didn’t, her mind taunted. You would have run.
She still could.
Dino seemed to pick up on her inner dilemma. “Your accounts have been frozen. You will not receive another penny of your shares or inheritance until you are married to Damian Rossi.”
“A Rossi.”
“He’s a good man,” Dino said. “And if I didn’t pick you a husband, Lily, Ben was going to. I’m on a one-way train to prison for the unforeseeable future very soon. Theo will have little to no control at his age, especially where you are concerned. That would mean your welfare and choices are left to Ben. Is that what you want? Because if you think for one minute he would consider anything that you wanted, you are sorely fucking mistaken. Ben wouldn’t care—he’d use you for his gain and nothing more. Even if that meant marrying you off to an abusive prick or a man twice your age.”
“I’m a human being. I am a free woman, Dino,” Lily snapped back. “I can make my own decisions about my life without anyone’s input. I will marry who I want, not who you deem appropriate for me.”
“You know that’s not true. You might have liked pretending for the better part of your life like you’re not involved in la famiglia, Lily, but we both know better. Please understand why I did this.”
She couldn’t.
“Lily—”
“Go to hell.”
Dino barked out a bitter laugh. “I’ve already got one foot in the door, Lily. I’m just biding my fucking time while I wait.”
Lily spun fast on her heel and pushed past Dino, needing to get away from him. She only took two steps before coming to an abrupt stop against the form of a familiar but still strange man.
Lily’s hands splayed across the man’s chest as she squeaked in surprise, not even realizing he had intruded on her moment with her brother. She felt her cheeks heat up because not only had he heard a very private conversation, but she was touching him, too.
He didn’t seem to mind.
The same steel-blue gaze that had regarded her earlier at the church looked Lily over once again. She swallowed hard, feeling the bands of his muscles roping across his pectorals under her fingertips jump. His lips pulled into a smirk that looked entirely too wicked for Lily’s liking.
Getting a close up look at this man was bad for Lily’s insides. He was fit with a body built like a boxer’s. The black suit he wore hugged his over six-foot frame perfectly and it only seemed to add to the confident, cool air he sported. A strange disinterest colored his features, but in his eyes, it seemed like he was looking straight through her.
She glanced down between their bodies, noting he stood relaxed and seemingly unbothered by the situation they were in. Even his hands were tossed into his pockets as if he were waiting for something and not like Lily was touching him.
His nonchalant attitude only added to his dark, mysterious demeanor.
Lily still didn’t know how he managed to slip down the hallway without her or Dino noticing or why he was as quiet and still as he was now. What game was he playing?
Who in the hell was this man?
Lily’s heart beat a little harder in her chest, remembering the name Dino uttered earlier.
Damian Rossi.
“Hello.”
Lily blinked.
His voice was a dark tenor dripping with richness. The one word slipped from his mouth without his lips even needing to move. She had the pleasure of hearing many accents in her travels, but his was something else entirely.
“Damian,” Dino said, bringing Lily out of her stupor. “Good to see you finally arrived.”
“Ran over a nail in the church parking lot and came out to a flat tire.”
“Ah, I see.”
Lily stepped back from Damian. His gaze didn’t move from her for a second, not even when he talked to her older brother like they were old friends.
Were they?
“Hello,” Damian said again. “Lily.”
Lily snapped out of whatever daze she was in. “Hello.”
“It’s Damian,” he murmured.
“I know who you are.”
Damian lifted a single, dark brow high. “Oh?”
“Yes.”
“You don’t seem pleased,” he said quietly.
“That I’m forced to marry a man I don’t know and don’t want to know?” Lily asked bitterly. “I’m sorry to disappoint you, Damian.”
Damian’s smirk grew into a grin. “You know me.”
“I—”
“You do,” he interrupted before she could argue the point further. “Just not that well.”
Lily blew out her frustration in a breath of air, gritting her teeth. Resolve steeled her spine straighter and she reminded herself of what her brother asked her to do. Turning, Lily faced a stone-faced, unbothered Dino.
“I will make nice and play good at this dinner,” she said.
“Thank you,” Dino replied.
“But I’m not marrying that man.”
Dino’s expression didn’t waver. “It’s not your choice.”
“I am not marrying him, Dino!”
“Yes, you are,” Damian said.
The words rolled over Lily’s skin like liquid gold. She could feel the pulse of his breath on the back of her neck.
This would be a great deal easier if she didn’t find him attractive.
And why the hell was he agreeing to this, anyway?
“In two months, whether you agree or not, you will be my wife, Lily DeLuca.”
Lily couldn’t help it; she shivered.

Deathless & Divided {AUDIO} (The Chicago War Book #1) by Bethany-Kris
The War Within
Bethany-Kris is AWESOME!! It’s wonderful to have the story read to you while you take care of other things, or do nothing at all! Narrator Roberto Scarlato makes the story even more exciting, his voice is soothing yet animated. Lines are drawn deep within the Chicago Outfit, at the same time they prepare to join two mafia families in marriage. Although Lily is frustrated as hell about being called home and told she’s getting married, but has no choice to whom it is. Her eldest brother Dean has called in a debt to have her married to Damian. Damian Rossi repays his debt to Dean DeLuca, a life for a life (the mafia way). When he agrees to marry and protect Lily. The banter as they get to know each other is hilarious but intriguing. Within the mafia you have no idea whom to trust, someone wants to tear the family apart from the inside. As Chicago streets become painted blood red, the families are divided by hatred, revenge, and even loyalty. There’s no safe place to hide. I cannot wait to read the rest of the series.
The Chicago War Series should be read in order, starting with….
Deathless and Divided (The Chicago War Book #1)
Reckless and Ruined (The Chicago War Book #2)
Scarless and Sacred (The Chicago War Book #3)
Breathless and Bloodstained (The Chicago War Book #4)
I literally went from chuckling to laughing out loud throughout the book. I voluntarily reviewed an Audio copy of this book via IndieSage in exchange for an honest blog tour review. Due to explicit sexual content this novel is recommended for readers 18 and older!

Excerpt~
To some it probably seemed stupid for him to talk to a grave, his mother’s body was rotting in a casket six feet under, and her soul was gone high above, likely.
But it helped.
Very few things helped Dino.
Knowing he had to go and chat with Riley Conti for the sake of peace and business, Dino said a quiet goodbye to his mother, giving the headstone one more pat with his hand before he stood straight. Dino fixed his jacket as he weaved in and out of the other markers, careful not to step on the graves as that was just disrespectful to the dead.
And he’d kill any fucking fool who stepped on his mother’s grave.
He’d just stepped onto the stone pathway heading back toward the parking lot of the church when a something rammed back into him from behind.
The quiet ommpf sound was followed by a quick apology.
“Sorry!”
Dino spun on his heel, coming face to face with a young woman that held a large camera in her hands and eyes so wide he was pretty sure he would be able to see his reflection in the brown depths if he looked hard enough. She was pretty—beautiful, even—in an unassuming way with her earthy-toned clothing and her long, caramel-colored hair tied up in a messy bun at the very top of her head. The sunglasses on her head fell down over her face, hiding those eyes of hers, as she took another step backward.
She pushed the sunglasses back to the crown of her head.
Dino was still staring at her, quite unsure of what to do.
“You okay?” he asked.
The woman nodded, smiling just a bit.
That led his attention to the gentle curve of her pink lips, and the way her shoulder lifted at the same time.
“My fault,” she replied. “I was walking backward to get the right shot—missed you coming out from behind the statue. Nice day for photos, though, so I couldn’t help myself. I get the best ones in the cemeteries.”
Dino’s brow furrowed.
She talked a lot.
He barely talked at all, even when he was forced into conversation.
Maybe that was why he felt so awkward standing there, unsure of what to say or if she even wanted him to.
“I saw you, though,” the girl continued. “Over there, right?”
She pointed back toward his mother’s grave.
Dino just blinked. “Uh.”
She didn’t seem the slightest bit put off by his lack of communication, instead, rolling right on with whatever she had to say next.
“It makes me curious when I’m photographing cemeteries and see people talking to graves or whatever, and I almost stop them to chat, but never do. It wouldn’t be right.”
Yet, there she was, talking to him.
That was not lost on Dino.
She stuck her hand out, offering it to him.
“Karen Martin,” she said.
Dino’s gaze flicked down at her hand, and without his permission, lifted his own to take hers. There was a warmth to her skin that wasn’t in his, he noticed. They were both outside, so there was no real reason for the temperature difference.
Karen smiled widely. “You should tell me your name, it’s only fair.”
“Dino,” he said, surprised at how quietly his name came out.
“Do you come here often?”
Again, he answered, more honestly than perhaps he should have spoken. “Once a week usually to visit my mother.”
That brightness in her features dimmed just a bit, but she still managed a smile.
Dino couldn’t help but notice that it was a beautiful smile.
Even when it was sad.
“Can I make a confession, Dino?” Karen asked.
Dino eyed her, both curious and a little wary of her sunny disposition while she stood chatting happily in the middle of a cemetery with a man she didn’t know from Eve.
“Go for it, Karen.”
“Me bumping into you wasn’t really an accident,” she said with a wink. “You looked sad—I wanted to see if I could make you smile.”
He wasn’t quite sure what to make of that.
Karen shrugged her one shoulder again, letting go of his hand and pointing at his face as she took a step backward. “And you are, Dino. Smiling, I mean.”
Was he?
Karen laughed a sweet sound that reminded him of a melody, floating in the wind and being carried further away. “Have a great day, Dino. And if you need to smile next Sunday, I might be around.”
Before he could reply, Karen was already gone back up the pathway, and disappearing behind a rather large statue in the cemetery.
It took two minutes for Dino to get back to his car.
His reflection in the driver’s window confirmed Karen’s statement.
He was smiling.
How strange …

Review~
I WILL go ball and read  Chicago Wars to see what I missed… But I’ll wait until after I’ve finished DeLuca Duet Past Two.
Just happens to be Dino’s club,.

WHERE THE WIND WHISPERS
by Bethany-Kris & London Miller
EXCERPT
There was fear.

And then there was terror.

The two might have seemed similar, but they couldn’t have been more different.

Fear was the extra beats of a racing heart, the anxiety simmering below the surface, and the trembling hands hidden from view.

The terror was all-consuming. Debilitating. It wasn’t just a fast heartbeat, but the belief a heart would stop altogether. It wasn’t just anxiety thrumming through the nerves, but the inability to even speak through the emotion.

Terror was vomit in the throat.

White-knuckles.

Dry mouth.

Aching sobs.

Fear and terror were not the same.

Violet Gallucci had never considered the differences between the two until terror was staring her straight in the face and laughing.

First, it came as a phone call. A simple call that silenced the men milling around her house who her husband had left behind to watch her. Then it came as a hand grabbing her wrist hard enough to leave bruises as she was shoved into a car with a gruff, “We gotta go.”

Go where?

Why?

Violet’s questions, asked quietly from the backseat of someone’s SUV, had gone unanswered. She listened as more phone calls were made, and sharp, angry Russian was spewed between men.

She heard his name said.

A few times.

Kazimir.

Terror was being shuffled from one car to another without an explanation. It was someone’s coat being thrown over her head as she was pushed into another backseat with a quiet, “Keep her face hidden.”

She didn’t bother to ask questions after that, knowing good and damn well they wouldn’t be answered anyway.

Terror was streets whipping by in a blur and worried eyes watching her in a rearview mirror after she’d yanked the coat off her head. It was streetlights that seemed too bright in the middle of the night with the snow falling down in heavy flakes. It was pulling into the emergency parking lot and seeing cars already waiting.

A fleet of them.

Men leaning against the driver’s doors.

Gazes trained on their car as it slowed to a stop.

Like they knew …

Like they were already waiting.

But she didn’t know.

But above all else, more than all that had come before, terror was seeing Ruslan Markovic sitting on the floor of a trauma triage room, bloodstained and silent.

Violet just … stared.

At the blood on the man’s hands and his clothes. At the bloody shoe prints smeared across the tiled floor that spoke of rushed chaos. At the handprint on the curtain where someone had flung it open.

And the wheel marks …

Violet’s gaze followed those to where a janitor was just starting to clean them, the heady scent of bleach filling the hallway.

Someone said something—a question, she was sure—but she didn’t really hear it. She couldn’t hear anything over the rushing in her ears or the tightening of her lungs with every breath that seemed to be a little more painful than the last.

Ruslan finally looked up, but he stared past her to someone else. Bloody fingers lifted high to his throat, slashing back and forth without even saying a word.

It took a while, more questions and silence, before sound began to bleed through Violet’s overworked senses.

Throat.

Cut.

Bled out.

Touch and go.

But worst of all was the I don’t know’s.

She’d heard the question that came before that answer, but she really didn’t want to.

Is Kaz alive?

“I don’t know.”

REVIEW~

WHERE THE WIND WHISPERS (Seasons of Betrayal #3) by Bethany-Kris and London Miller.

• Mafia vs Bravta

Although this is the 3rd and final book of this series and the FIRST one I’ve read, I thoroughly enjoyed it! I will have to go back and read the complete trilogy in order to see what I missed, the building of Violet and Kazimir’s lives together. But I can tell it was a love that’s built to stand the winds of time! Absolute AWESOME Italians vs Russians, no room for improvement generation story with EXTREMELY tough decisions to be made. Is Kaz better than his father? You’ll have to read what happens in WHEE THE WIND WHISPERS to find out. I know I’ll be reading it again, I’ll adjust my review if needed then! Due to explicit sexual content, violence and adult language this novel is recommended for readers 18 and older.
